History
The settlement of Asprovalta was formerly on the outskirts of Kerdyliou conditions. During the Asia Minor disaster in 1922 the 54 families of refugees from Asia Minor Renkioi chose the area and settled on the coast of Asprovalta carrying their culture, customs and traditions.
