The holiday of "St.Trifun" is celebrated on the 14th of February. The manifestation has grown into a trade touristic manifestation under the motto "The Week of the Wine". The central celebration is held on the City Square.

For more than 100 years, in the honor of the religious holiday "The Nativity of the Virgin", the famous "Negotino Fair" is held beginning with the "Monastery Evening" on the 20th of September and during the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of September the whole town is turned into a huge market.
